Due to the digital nature of our downloadable products, including eBooks and educational materials, all digital product sales are final once access to or delivery of the product has been provided. Digital products cannot be physically returned, and refunds will generally not be issued after access or download has been provided.

Duplicate Charges and Technical Issues

If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, received the incorrect digital product, or experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us. We will review the issue and work to resolve it appropriately.

Consultation and Other Services

Refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling for consultations and other services are subject to the terms provided at the time the service is booked or purchased.
